Meet Michelle O'Brien -

How long have you been in the building industry?
With 14 years in the building industry, I've had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients create homes they'll love for years to come. Every client has a different story, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about my role. 

Where are you based?
I'm based at the Peppercorn Hill Display Centre, where I meet a wide variety of buyers building throughout Melbourne's North. 

What types of clients do you specialise in helping?
I have a real passion for helping first home buyers take their first step into the property market and making the building process feel exciting rather than overwhelming. I also enjoy working with knockdown rebuild clients, helping them transform an existing block into a home that better suits the way they live today. Building strong relationships and making every client feel supported is at the heart of everything I do.

What's your favourite Carlisle home design, and why?
One of my favourite Carlisle home designs is the Montpellier, which is on display here at Peppercorn Hill. I love the way it balances elegant living spaces with a practical layout, creating a home that feels spacious, welcoming and perfectly suited to modern family living.

What's something people might not know about you?
When I'm away from the display centre, I like keeping active at the gym or on the basketball court. I also love spending time with my dogs and will never say no to planning my next holiday or travel adventure.
