We are ready to do what it takes to ensure you feel involved with every step of the build. This app can also view things like financial goals, warranties, manuals, and user guides.

How long does it take to build a beach-inspired house with Carlisle Homes?
The length of a build may vary depending on the overall complexity of the build, the surrounding environment, materials and more, but we pride ourselves on our fast build times. The process can be broken down into three: pre-site, build, and warranty.
Pre-site is the phase where we finalise your floor plan, ensuring all the elements you want are in place. If you’re interested, we’ll help you acquire any necessary loan approvals and building permits during this period.
Then comes construction. This will close when you have the keys to your new home.
Finally, the warranty phase begins. As you move into this next stage of home ownership, we put you in charge of the warranty process by introducing our new Home Care App.
Our Home Care app enables you to raise any warranty requests you may have, at a time and place that suits you. Use your computer or smart device to submit items with photos so we can guide you through the warranty process.
There’s no need to make an appointment. No pressure to remember all your questions at once. Use the portal at any time you wish, from 14 days after the handover of your new home.
Finally, the warranty phase begins. As you move into this next stage of home ownership, we put you in charge of the warranty process with the introduction of our new Home Care App.
