Pre-site
The work behind a smooth build journey starts well before construction begins. Soil tests, site surveys, Spectra colour and electrical selections, and your building permit application, all happening in parallel, not in a queue. We have designed process to limit waiting times. We treat it as the first weeks of your build.
Construction
This is where the efficiency of the process becomes clear. From slab down to frame, lock-up, fixing and completion, every stage is carefully managed. Six milestones, focused on site supervisor on the job throughout the build, and a dedicated Quality Assurance team signing off before handover, not after.
Warranty
Even after you've got the keys, we're fast. Any touch-ups arising when you move in get logged, actioned and closed out through Carlisle Connect, helping ensure they’re addressed promptly.
