Meet Hannah Robinson -
Sales Consultant
How long have you been in the building industry?
I've been with Carlisle Homes for almost nine years, and my career has grown alongside the business. Starting as an Affinity and Inspire Sales Assistant before moving into EasyLiving Sales Support and now Sales Consultant, I've had the opportunity to learn every stage of the customer journey. Having worked across all three Carlisle ranges, I bring a well-rounded perspective to helping clients find the right home for their needs.
Where are you based?
I'm based at the Botanical Display Centre in Mickleham, where I work with a diverse range of buyers building throughout Melbourne's north.
What types of clients do you specialise in helping?
One of the biggest advantages of my experience is having worked across all three Carlisle ranges. That allows me to confidently assist first home buyers, upgraders and knockdown rebuild clients, helping them compare options and choose the home that best suits their lifestyle, budget and future plans.
Which AFL team do you support?
Essendon Bombers!
What's your favourite Carlisle home design, and why?
It's hard to choose just one! From the Inspire range, I love the Amberley Grand Pantry for its clever layout, generous walk-in pantry and abundance of natural light. The Illawarra Grand Master 45 is another favourite thanks to its spacious open-plan living and flexibility for growing or multigenerational families. From the Affinity range, the Rothwell stands out for its luxurious feel and stunning kitchen, while the Astoria Grand Master Atrium 54 is a showstopper with its impressive double-height void and beautifully designed kitchen and butler's pantry.
Have you received any industry recognition?
I was proud to be named Sales Support of the Year twice at Carlisle. Starting my career in support has given me a strong appreciation for the customer experience and the importance of getting every detail right.
What's something people might not know about you?
When I'm not at work, I love going to the footy, watching NBA games, travelling to new countries and spending quality time with family and friends.
