The "Better Way" promotion applies to selected house and land packages available from 25 August 2026, and includes “Free Site Costs” and “10/90 Contract Payments”.
"Free Site Costs" represents a discount to be applied to the advertised package price and is an amount that is equal to the fixed site cost amount that Carlisle Homes would ordinarily charge for the relevant house and land package. In respect to the HIA building contract, an $2,000 initial payment applies, with the balance of the 5% deposit due at contract signing, a further 5% due at completion of the base stage, and the remaining 90% of the contract price payable as the Final Claim at Completion stage. The land contract is separate and subject to the developer’s terms and conditions. Site start must be achieved by 30 June 2027.
