Facade design stepped into the spotlight in 2025, becoming one of the most personal – and powerful – decisions in the home building journey. The right facade shapes first impressions, supports energy efficiency, influences natural light and adds long-term value. It’s also where Carlisle’s three collections shine in different ways.

The Affinity Collection leads with high-end, architectural detail and bold materiality. The Inspire Collection champions modern design and exceptional value for growing families. And the EasyLiving Series offers streamlined, fast-build facades that suit first-time buyers and busy lifestyles.

Across Carlisle’s newest display homes at Riverfield and Ridgelea, a handful of facades defined the year – celebrated for their style, performance and effortless street appeal.

Crest facade at Ridgelea Estate, featuring Hebel construction, modern coastal architecture, natural stone accents, and a refined single-level home design.

Crest Facade (Hebel)

Blending modern coastal cues with grounded country warmth, the Crest facade became one of the Affinity Collection’s signature looks this year. Smooth render and dark cladding sit alongside natural stone accents, giving the Rothwell 33 at Ridgelea a sense of effortless luxury.

Its asymmetrical gable and refined horizontal roofline add architectural poise to a single-level design, while native landscaping – grasses, flowering shrubs, steel-edge lawn – enhances its textured material palette.

Constructed in Hebel, the Crest facade also delivers practical benefits: strong thermal performance, acoustic comfort and a sleek rendered finish that stays crisp for years. It’s a facade that feels equally at home in beachside estates or rolling regional settings.

Adina brick facade by Carlisle Homes, featuring clean architectural lines, mid-century influence, and a contemporary single-storey home design for 2025.

Adina Facade (Brick)

Crisp lines, strong verticals and a hint of mid-century influence define the Adina facade – one of Carlisle’s standout single-storey releases for 2025. Built in brick for longevity and low maintenance, Adina celebrates texture and timeless design without feeling heavy.

The simplicity of its form leaves room for expressive landscaping. Think tropical palms for a resort feel or a Palm Springs-inspired mix of cacti, succulents and gravel. Adina’s clean geometry turns restraint into confidence, making the Clovelly 33 unmistakable from the street.

The Metro facade delivers urban sophistication with bold geometry, Hebel construction, and a sleek contemporary rendered finish.

Metro Facade (Hebel)

The Metro facade brings urban sophistication to the Montague Grand Deluxe Atrium 54 at Ridgelea Estate. A striking projecting cube frames the entryway, balanced by vertical windows and clean horizontal lines that heighten its geometric appeal.

Its contrasting tones and textures give the facade a sculptural quality – modern yet enduring. Minimalist and elegant landscaping can work beautifully here: ornate trees, box hedges and polished concrete steppers.

The smooth, contemporary rendered look really shines with Hebel, offering excellent insulating properties and a faster installation time – giving homeowners both style and efficiency from day one.

The Regent brick facade blends timeless architecture with modern refinement, creating enduring street appeal for large family homes.

Regent Facade (Brick)

For those who lean classic with a modern edge, the Regent facade on the Montpellier Grand 54 bridges past and present with remarkable ease. Designed for the expansive proportions of a 16-metre-wide block, it uses wide eaves, bespoke brickwork and subtle detailing to create a sense of permanence, while clean, contemporary lines keep the look fresh.

Structured greenery – sculpted hedges, low perimeter planting, seasonal colour – softens its geometry and enhances its warmth. Regent is the facade for families who want timeless appeal that will still feel stylish in decades to come.

The Brooklyn facade combines modern luxury with bold geometry, featuring Hebel construction, timber detailing, and a sleek rendered finish.

Brooklyn Facade (Hebel)

Presenting graceful geometry, the Brooklyn facade brings modern luxury to the Astoria Grand Living Atrium 58 at Riverfield. Its defining feature – a dark vertical timber-clad pier – stands in bold contrast to the minimalist rendered upper floor, giving the facade height and presence.

With Hebel as its primary material, a double-storey build benefits from the optimised construction time and the contemporary rendered finish that keeps the facade looking sharp over time. Layered landscaping against clean render lines works beautifully here: olive trees, ornamental maples or soft grasses to balance its strong architectural lines.
