Meet Daniel Parsons -
Sales Consultant
How long have you been in the building industry?
I have over 27 years of experience in the building industry, including 16 years as a Draftsman and more than 13 years with Carlisle Homes. My background in design and construction gives me a strong understanding of the building journey, allowing me to provide practical advice and tailored solutions to help every client achieve the best possible outcome.
Where are you based?
I'm based at our Meridian Display Centre and, as a cross-range consultant, I can assist clients across Carlisle's full range of home designs. This means I can focus on finding the right home to suit your lifestyle, budget and block, regardless of which range you're interested in.
What types of clients do you specialise in helping?
With my construction and drafting background, I specialise in Knockdown Rebuild projects, helping clients unlock the full potential of their existing block. I also enjoy working with first home buyers, second home buyers and investors, guiding them through the building process and helping them make informed decisions with confidence.
What's your favourite Carlisle home design, and why?
There are so many fantastic designs in the Carlisle range that it's hard to choose just one. If I had to pick, it would be the Montague Grand Deluxe Atrium 47. I love its spacious layout, stunning atrium feature and the way it perfectly balances luxury, functionality and family living.
Have you received any industry recognition?
Yes. Some of the highlights of my career include being recognised as Sales Team Member of the Year in both 2023 and 2024, along with receiving Carlisle Homes' prestigious All-Time Excellence in Sales Award in 2024.
Which AFL team do you support?
I'm a passionate Collingwood supporter. Whether that's a good thing or not depends on who you ask!
What's something people might not know about you?
Before entering the building industry, I lived in the United Kingdom for six years and had the opportunity to represent England in netball.
