When the Australian Achiever Awards assess a builder, they don’t ask the industry. They ask the customers. Here’s what Carlisle Homes’ clients said in 2026, and what a score of 92.09% actually reflects.

 There are a lot of ways to measure a home builder: awards, accolades, years in business. But the most honest measure has always been what customers actually say once the keys are in their hand.

That’s exactly what the Australian Achiever Awards sets out to measure, and for 2026, the results are in. Carlisle Homes has been awarded Highly Recommended status in the Architect Services, Building Design, Building Construction & Interior Design Services category, scoring 92.09% across eight independent customer service criteria.

It's a result we're genuinely proud of, and one that belongs as much to the people who trusted us to build their homes as it does to the team who built them.

Carlisle Homes customers across Melbourne share their new home experiences, reflecting the Better Care commitment behind the 2026 Australian Achiever Award score of 92.09%.

What the award measures

The Australian Achiever Awards are independent and unbiased. There are no panel of industry judges and no self-assessment process. Ratings come directly from a business’s own customers, scored across eight criteria. A score above 80% is considered exceptional. Carlisle has now been recognised for 20 consecutive years, scoring above 80% every single time, and above 90% in 19 of those years - a pattern that says something about the durability of the commitment behind the score.

None of these results are self-reported. All of them come from outside the business. The pattern they form is consistent: a builder that takes care seriously, sustains it across decades in business, and strives to always be better.
