Designed to suit some of the most popular block sizes (12.5m x 28m), the Illawarra Grand Atrium 39 proves that a compact footprint can still feel expansive. A home office positioned at the front allows work and study to happen with ease, while the living, kitchen and meals zone flows beneath the atrium, drawing natural light deep into the home.
Upstairs, the master suite provides a private retreat, with a bright central landing, a study nook, and a dedicated kids’ activity space. The balance between shared and separate zones feels intuitive – connected where it counts, yet private where needed.
