First impressions matter – especially when it comes to your home. A well-designed facade doesn’t just enhance street appeal; it reflects your home’s personality and architectural story.

At Carlisle’s newest display centres in Ridgelea and Riverfield, five distinctive new facades redefine contemporary Australian style, blending form, material and proportion in bold new ways.

From modern coastal elegance to timeless brickwork and minimalist geometry, each facade expresses a unique kind of family living.

Here’s a closer look at the latest designs shaping the streetscapes of tomorrow.

Rothwell 33 Crest Facade (Hebel)
Montague Grand Deluxe Atrium 54 Metro Facade (Hebel)

On display at Ridgelea Estate

Crest Facade (Hebel) – Rothwell 33

The Crest facade draws on modern coastal and country influences, pairing smooth render and dark cladding with natural stone accents that evoke understated luxury. Its combination of an asymmetrical gable pitch and a horizontal roofline commands attention while keeping the detailing refined and timeless.

Perfect alongside native grasses, flowering shrubs, or a neatly edged lawn, the Crest’s textured material mix thrives alongside soft greenery. It’s a facade that balances grounded warmth with architectural poise – equally at home by the coast or in the countryside.

Metro Facade (Hebel) – Montague Grand Deluxe Atrium 54

Contemporary yet enduring, the Metro facade makes a strong architectural statement on the double-storey Montague. A bold projecting cube anchors the entryway, offset by vertical windows and clean horizontal lines that define its geometry. A palette of contrasting tones and finishes enhances its refined simplicity.

This is a home that suits structured, minimalist landscaping – think sculptural trees, polished concrete paths, or low-maintenance hedging. Modern sophistication meets quiet strength, giving the Montague Grand Deluxe Atrium 54 unmistakable street presence and a distinctly urban edge.

Three New Facades at Riverfield!

Clovelly 33 Adina Facade (Brick)
Astoria Grand Living Atrium 58 Brooklyn Facade (Hebel)
Montpellier Grand 54 Regent Facade (Brick)

On display at Riverfield Estate

Adina Facade (Brick) – Clovelly 33

Crisp and contemporary, the Adina facade makes a hero of horizontal lines and strong vertical accents, heightening the single-level sophistication of the Clovelly 33. Its brick construction reveals texture, longevity and classic appeal, while its sleek form adds a hint of mid-century modernism.

Paired with tropical greenery or a Palm Springs–inspired garden of cacti and succulents, Adina’s simplicity becomes its greatest strength. It’s a facade that feels both familiar and fresh – a modern interpretation that makes a lasting first impression.

Brooklyn Facade (Hebel) – Astoria Grand Living Atrium 58

Sleek, sculptural and inherently modern, the Brooklyn facade stands tall in Hebel, a lightweight, efficient material known for its durability and acoustic performance, beautifully finished in smooth render. The design is anchored by a dark vertical timber-clad pier, contrasting against the minimalist lines of the upper level.

Best complemented by architectural landscaping – such as layered ornamental maples, olive trees or grasses – the Brooklyn facade captures a strong yet balanced aesthetic, merging strength and simplicity for a powerful streetscape statement.

Regent Facade (Brick) – Montpellier Grand 54

For those drawn to tradition with a modern twist, the Regent facade delivers classic refinement with a fresh architectural edge. Bespoke brickwork, wide eaves and detailing bring warmth and permanence, while clean lines and modern proportions keep the look contemporary.

A facade that pairs beautifully with structured greenery, from sculpted hedges to soft perimeter planting that enhances its timeless geometry. The Regent redefines enduring appeal – sophisticated yet inviting, and effortlessly designed to stand the test of time.
