How much does it cost to work with Carlisle Homes on a modern house design?
The answer largely depends on what customisations you would like. On average, the base price of our custom homes will range between $263,900 and $685,900.
However, additional features, luxury options, house size and whether you’re choosing from single or double-storey homes will all affect your price. Either way, once you know what features you’d like to include, we will offer you a fixed-cost quote, so there are no surprises during the process. We have also partnered with Mortgage Domayne to support you through the process of acquiring enough finance to fund what is likely to be one of the most significant purchases in your life.
What sort of inclusions does Carlisle Homes offer?
Our Inspire and Affinity Collection homes come with an extensive range of premium and luxury inclusions that can make your home uniquely yours. Where does Carlisle Homes build?
We offer our custom home building services throughout Geelong and Melbourne. However, our knockdown rebuild services are limited to particular suburbs. Check our service area guide and input your postal code to determine your eligibility.
How long does it take Carlisle Homes to build homes?
The actual process, from start to finish, may last between 7-10 months. Your exact time frame will depend on the specifics of your brand new home. Below are the main phases of our building process, broken down for you to see.
The pre-site phase may take anywhere between 10-12 weeks. This is the beginning of the building journey, but it shouldn’t take endless hours. We finalise your new home design and ensure you’ve got the plans in your hand for the perfect home. We will also start the process of collecting loan approvals and necessary permits.
Then begins construction. This phase lasts between 16-24 weeks and should end with the keys to your new home in your hands.
As you move into the next stage of home ownership, we put you in charge of the Warranty process with the introduction of our new Home Care App.
Our Home Care app enables you to raise any warranty requests you may have, at a time and place that suits you. Use your computer or your smart device to submit items with photos so we can guide you through the warranty process.
There’s no need to make an appointment. No pressure to remember all your questions at once. Use the portal at any time you wish, from 14 days after handover of your new home.
Once this has been completed, the process comes to a close.
