For a guide, here's a quick breakdown of our timeline:
- Pre-site: 10-12 weeks. Once your standard floor plan is selected, our consultants will collaborate with you to perfect the details. We will also assist you with permits and loans, if you'd like.
- Construction: 16-24 weeks. Construction begins, and ends. Your keys are handed over and you can move in.
- Warranty: 4-5 weeks. After a 3 month settling in period, we will carry out our Carlisle Homes 100-point Warranty Inspection to ensure your home is in top shape.
