$15K Spend Your Way Offer
The 15K spend your way offer applies to initial deposits from the 29th October until 13th November 2025 and is available on Affinity and Inspire (excludes Hamilton Series) range of homes for site starts prior to 30th June 2026. This offer is in conjunction with the Better than Ever inclusions promotion.
Home Starts Here - $15K Offer
$15,000 discount (inc GST) is available on Carlisle’s EasyLiving Homes (excluding the Chadwick and Carinya Home Designs), where a new $2,000 initial deposit is placed between 18 September and 5 October 2025. Site Start must occur in 2025. This offer can be used in conjunction with the EasyLiving ‘Home Starts Here’ promotion. The discount will appear as a line item in the quotation and Building Contract. Strictly limited to the first 30 customers, being 15 in the West, 10 in the East and 5 in the North build regions. ‘Site Start’ has the same meaning as ‘Commencement’ in the Building Contract and means the day on which excavation works for the Building Works commences on the Building Site.
Base House Price. Inspire – Small Block Big Dreams, (SBBD) in greenfield locations:
Pricing (the base house price, 365 Inclusions, promotion inclusions, quoted variations and upgrades) is subject to land being titled and will be held by Carlisle Homes subject to a site start occurring no later than 31 December 2025.
Limited Price Lock. Inspire – Small Block Big Dreams, (SBBD) in greenfield locations:
Pricing (the base house price, 365 Inclusions, promotion inclusions, quoted variations and upgrades) will be held by Carlisle Homes subject to a site start occurring no later than 31 December 2025. For a site start that occurs between 1st January 2026 and 30th June 2026, the base house price will increase by $10,000. For a site start that occurs between 1st July 2026 and 31st December 2026, the base house price will increase by a further $10,000 ($20,000 in total). If site start does not occur by 31 December 2026, Carlisle Homes reserves the right to revise all pricing contained in the quotation/contract or withdraw the offer to build. If the Owner does not accept the revised pricing, then the Owner may, within 14 days of receipt of the revised pricing, terminate the agreement or contract by notice in writing. If the Owner terminates pursuant to this clause, the Builder will refund all monies paid by the Owner, less an amount for its reasonable costs and expenses, which will include costs incurred plus 25% margin.
Eligibility of Price Lock relies on the Owner : Adhering to all appointments as scheduled by Carlisle Homes (including colour selection and document signing appointments); sign all documentation once prepared; and provide all information and proof of finance as required by the HIA Contract.
Note: Carlisle Homes requires a minimum of 90 days to commence building works from when the Owner becomes the registered owner of the Land and this must be factored into the site start period. ‘Site Start’ has the same meaning as ‘Commencement’ in the HIA New Homes Building Contract and means the day on which excavation works for the Building Works commences on the Building Site.
Home Starts Here - EasyLiving
‘Home starts here’ promotion applies to new quotes and initial deposits on Carlisle’s EasyLiving homes from 14th of July, and is not available in conjunction with any other offers. The Guarantee applies to single storey homes only.
