Haven't logged into Carlisle Connect before?
If you have not previously registered with Carlisle Connect, you will need to ‘Sign Up’ with the email address connected to your building contract.
Forgot Your Password?
Can't remember your login details?
- Visit Carlisle Connect and click ‘Login’
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email address (as per your building contract) and click “Continue”
- Check your email for the link “Change your password”
- Enter your new password
Multifactor Authentication (MFA)
To ensure you’re protected against cyber criminals, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now switched on for Carlisle Connect.
By having a second factor to successfully login, the security of your account is drastically improved, reducing the likelihood of it being compromised and protecting sensitive information.

Visit Carlisle Connect and click ‘Login’. Enter your email address and password as normal.
Please ensure you use the email address connected to your Building Contract.

Open the camera app on your phone and scan the QR code.

Your preferred Authenticator app will open (eg: Google or Microsoft)

Enter the security code from the app into the Carlisle Connect window and press Continue.

You are now logged in successfully to Carlisle Connect.

Further MFA Assistance
Android users will be able to follow the above steps with minimal issues.
The default setup on iPhones (iCloud keychain) may present a different experience where the “Autofill Password” screen opens instead of the Authenticator.
To enable MFA on iPhone, please follow the below instructions:
- Open your preferred Authenticator application first (search via the App Library) on your iPhone
2. Press the ‘+’ button and select “Other”
3. Then scan the QR code from within the app.
How to use Authenticator apps to scan QR code

The behaviour will depend on your phone settings. We recommend you do not make any changes to this area, as the iCloud Keychain is what stores the remembered credentials, usernames, passwords etc.
Items to Note:
- Once enrolled in MFA, you will be prompted for the MFA code each time you log in.
- Each time you log in from a new device, they will have to enter the MFA code each time on each new device. For example each time you login on a mobile phone, personal laptop or work PC you will be required to enter the QR code.
Frequently Asked Questions
I don’t want to use Authenticator app. Can I use SMS as a second factor?
Yes. You can select “use another method” and choose SMS.
Note: This method is not recommended. Authenticator is more secure, and even if the mobile phone has no reception, Authenticator will still work.
Can I login with my social media platforms?
No, this is not enabled. Please use an Authenticator app, or SMS.
Can I use the same mobile phone to register across multiple Carlisle Connect accounts?
No, mobile can only be registered to one account.
Do I have to enter the one-time log in code every time I log in to Carlisle Connect?
Yes. This is for security reasons to prevent the chance of any cyber incident or identity theft.
