How it works
Got titled land?
We can get your new EasyLiving home to site within just 12 weeks of you placing your deposit, provided your colour selections and signed paperwork are completed within 10 days of deposit.
What if my land is not titled?
While we wait for your land to title, we’ll organise for your contract to be signed, and then once your land has titled, we can get to site within 12 weeks.
What if I don't have land?
We’ll work with leading land developers to find you your perfect house and land package. We have access to both titled and untitled package options.
Exceptions to the timeframe
Getting to site in 12 weeks is subject to your build zone, and also to you meeting all your obligations and no delays occurring with developer approvals, building approvals, water authority approvals or delays caused by other third parties. Christmas shutdown period will add 4 weeks to the process.

T&Cs: If your land is titled, site start will occur within 12 weeks from deposit, if colour appointment and option selections are completed within 10 days, and contract is signed within 30 days. If your land is untitled, site start will occur within 12 weeks from land titles, if contract is signed prior to land titles. 12 week to site start is subject to no delays by customer or during land developer, council, or water authority approvals or delays caused by any other third parties. Christmas shutdown period will add 4 weeks to the process. Speak to your Sales Consultant to confirm your build zone is applicable for the 12 week site start offer.
Only $2K Deposit: Offer applies to new quotes and initial deposits on Carlisle’s EasyLiving Series homes from 1 March 2023, and is available only in conjunction with the EasyLiving Home Designs and Reference Guide. The “Only $2K Deposit” offer means customers will pay only $2,000 as an initial deposit, with a further $3,000 deposit due at the Contract Signing Appointment. At the completion of the base stage (as defined in the HIA New Homes Building Contract), the balance of the 5% deposit and the base stage amount will be payable.
