1. Build Time Guarantee: Guarantee commences at the date of the land site cut and ends 7 days from the customer receiving their Notice of Completion (under clause 37.3 of their Building Contract). The Build Time Guarantee is not applicable for build contracts that include concrete paving and/or landscaping. Carlisle Homes is not responsible for any increase to the 20 week single and 24 week double storey Build Time Guarantee time period due to delays resulting from factors outside of Carlisle Homes’ control including, but not limited to, delays caused by third party suppliers or partners, client finance approval, inclement weather, delays in land settlement process and the meeting of set milestones during the process.
