Build with Carlisle and you’ll get to customise your new home at their Spectra Showroom in Mulgrave, Victoria, which has been designed to streamline the selection process, making it easy and fun.

When you enter the light-filled 2,500-square-metre space for your Colour Appointment, a world of design possibilities opens up. Described by Carlisle customers as “the best showroom in Australia”, you’ll get to choose from over 3,500 of the latest and greatest products from leading brands for every part of your home in a calm and relaxed setting.

And while that sounds like a lot of choices, you’ve got nothing to fear. The showroom has been designed to guide you effortlessly through the various parts of your home. This way you can see, feel and experience the products for yourself, and visualise exactly how they will work together in your new house, without the mental overload.

You’ll have plenty of support along the way too. During your appointment, you’ll be accompanied by a Carlisle design consultant, who will offer suggestions and guidance, and show you the latest trends curated by their interior design team. You can also get the lowdown on complex topics like heating and cooling and green home inclusions from their informative wall displays.

Carlisle’s architect-designed showroom is laid out in nine distinct areas, each showcasing a different element of the home – designer kitchens, appliances, interior selections, bathrooms, flooring, lighting and electrical, exterior selections, windows and doors, and green living.

Here, you’ll find four stunning four-size kitchens showcasing the latest looks, colours and combinations to give you loads of ideas for your own dream cooking space.

Next up, you’ll have a chance to browse cutting-edge appliances like built-in and freestanding ovens, dishwashers and cooktops from leading brands such as Fisher & Paykel and Westinghouse, luxury finishes like Caesarstone benchtops, beautiful cabinetry, and sinks.

There are also fantastic pantry designs and practical storage solutions, which are perfect for keeping your kitchen organised.

Interior selections

Here, you’ll get to explore those finer details that really make a house a home, including gorgeous Dulux paint colours, cabinetry hardware, tapware, and luxuries like heated bathroom towel rails.

Bathrooms

From there, you move onto the room that’s all about relaxation – the bathroom. Here, you’ll get to choose from a huge variety of baths, basins, showers and vanity cabinetry so you can bring five-star sanctuary vibes to the bathrooms in your new home.
