With several of our new display homes recently opened across Melbourne, customers will have more
opportunity to experience the quality and style Carlisle Homes is renowned for, along with our
award-winning design and construction.
Collections from both the T Range and Affinity Collection will be on display
within the Somerfield estate in Keysborough, located just off the Eastern Freeway.
Three homes from the Affinity Collection — the double storey Mantra
and Bellmore and single storey Atlantique — can be found on Somerfield Drive
in the Somerfield Estate, while two homes from the T Range — the single storey
Como 25 and the double storey Newington 35 — are located on Harrington Street
just around the corner. The new design of the Como 25 is ideal for a 12.5m wide

It’s a fact. Carlisle Homes is now building in Melbourne’s north.
09 April 2010
We’d like to introduce you to Jayne from Eltham - our very first customer to start construction in Melbourne’s north.
She was on site at Mernda Villages recently to see the outline of her Westbury 26 appear as the site was ‘scraped’.
Jayne will be in good hands with her Construction Supervisor, Darren, and her Client Liaison Executive, Magdalena, ready to answer her questions and guide her through the process.
While Jayne is eagerly anticipating the construction of her new home, Carlisle Homes has been busy with clients placing orders in the north for both T Range and Affinity Collection homes in various estates including Craigieburn, Epping, Doreen, Mernda, South Morang and Lalor.
Brand new display homes will be opening later this year in Craigieburn,
at the popular Highlands estate, followed by two locations in the Epping area.
There are all sorts of reasons to build in the north with great schools
and amenities, and a broad range of unique land estates across the
region.
And there are some very good reasons to join Jayne in choosing
to build with Carlisle Homes - exceptional value for money, designer style
and unrivalled customer service from an award winning builder.

Popular Prominence now perfect for 14m blocks
26 February 2010
Having a narrow block doesn't mean you should settle for less.
Narrower frontages and more compact blocks are becoming increasingly the norm
and house designs need to adapt to suit whilst still catering for a broad range of
household needs.
The popular T Range double storey home, The Prominence, now has two new
floor plan options, designed specifically to suit a 14 metre wide block. After a
few clever adjustments to the 35- and 38-square plans, we are now able to offer
a 34- and 37-square plan that maintains all the features that the Prominence
is known for, but is more suitable for a narrower block.
The Prominence is a product that has been popular with both growing families
and teenage households. It ticks all the boxes for accommodation needs with
four spacious bedrooms, rumpus, activity and study.

Carlisle Homes heads north
8 October 2009
Home buyers in Melbourne’s north don’t have to wait a day longer to order
a new Affinity Collection or T Range home from Carlisle Homes.
The move north follows growing demand from people visiting its display homes
in other parts of Melbourne. Orders are being taken now with a view to commence
building early next year in Craigieburn, Epping, South Morang, Mernda and Doreen.
New displays are being planned for these areas to showcase the exceptional value
and style of this award winning builder.
Carlisle Homes Marketing Director, Dean Morrison, said the suburbs are located in the growth areas for the cities of Hume
and Whittlesea. The move follows a growing demand from people wanting to build to the north of Melbourne on new land estates.
“We have spent considerable time planning and preparing to ensure the business maintains our high level of quality
and service,” he said. Mr Morrison said house and land packages would soon become available through Carlisle display
centres and website.
The company now builds in major growth corridors to the north, south, east and west of Melbourne and currently offers
more than 20 different home designs in its prestigious Affinity Collection and the more affordable T Range. |

Carlisle Homes voted a better choice in top awards. Again and again.
6 October 2009
Judges at the Master Builders Association of Victoria's Excellence in Housing Awards 2009
have voted for Carlisle Homes' T Range in two popular catergories.
The Rothwell 23 won Best Display Home Under $175,000 and the Riverton 30 took out the honours
in the Display Home $175,000 - $250,000 category - the most popular price point for display homes.
The judges considered quality of construction, client communication and processes as well as design,
sustainability and value for money.
T Range homes were introduced 12 months ago to provide a smaller and more affordable range of homes,
designed and built so buyers can move in sooner.
It is the third time in three years that Carlisle Homes have been recodnized at the MBAV Awards. |
