House and Land Packages

Prices current at: March 2013. Package price based on Developer supplied engineering plans, Plan of Subdivision and Carlisle Homes standard house floor plan and preferred siting (without any structural alterations). Land prices and current availability to be confirmed with land sales office prior to land purchase. The package is subject to developer and council approval. Any alteration made to the package may incur additional charges. Illustrations depict upgrade options including lights, entry door, timber look garage door, timber windows and flat profile roof tiles (available at an additional cost). Carlisle Homes does not provide any landscaping, window furnishings or fencing. Carlisle Homes reserves the right to vary the prices or inclusions at any time without further notice.
